Northbound Highway 99 Shut Down After 20-car Pile Up

All northbound lanes of Highway 99 between Delano and Earlmart are closed after a pile-up of more than 20 cars Tuesday morning which left one person dead.
The California Highway Patrol said at least one person was killed and several others injured after a series of crashes near Avenue 48 in Tulare County.
The accident occurred around 7 a.m., according to CHP.
