Ukiah Man Hurt In Highway 20 Accident

A Ukiah man was injured in an automobile accident at about 6:15 p.m. Friday on Highway 20 west of the James Creek Bridge.

Joseph K. Ruddock, 41, was hurt when driver Harold T.

Richardson, 51, also of Ukiah, took a left curve too fast

and went up an embankment.

Richardson's 1990 Ford Escort, which he had been driving westbound at about 30 mph, rolled over and back onto the roadway.

Ruddock was taken to Mendocino Coast Hospital for treatment
