Man Hits Bicyclist, Faces Charges

A 39-year-old motorist is facing felony charges in connection with a hit-and-run accident where a bicyclist was involved, police said today.
The victim, a 45-year-old man, was hit by the driver, Andrew Lasher, while riding his bicycle. The name of the victim has still not been released.
According to authorities, Lasher was arrested shortly after the accident took place yesterday early morning on Mission Bay Drive near Rosewood Street.
