Trucking Company Accused Of Keeping False Records In Wrongful Death Case

A Los Banos Company has been named in a wrongful death following the death of a Merced man.
Javier Fuentes' family is accusing the company of keeping the workers working in a tired state, which led to the man's death in a head-on collision in August.
According to the lawsuit, the company kept false logbooks which allowed them to keep their workers working longer hours.
